The NHS pay ballot closes at 10am this Thursday, 18 September.
If you don’t fill in your ballot paper and post it now you will not be able to have your say in this important vote.
I’m asking you to vote yes for both strike action and industrial action short of strike, but you need to do it now before our ballot closes.
If you have already voted, please find a few minutes today to speak to your colleagues and remind them that they are running out of time to have their say on pay.
If every member votes it will send a strong message to the government that NHS staff believe they deserve fair pay.
Please use your vote. It’s important.
