As you will be aware in Pennine care we missed out on a mandate to strike by 12.9% but in the northwest we did have 3 trusts who received a mandate to strike. On the 21st Dec over 5000 UNSION NHS members joined a picket line outside the royal Liverpool and Liverpool heart and chest. We also had ambulance members from north west ambulance service (NWAS) on over 30 picket lines that day. UNISON also have more days of action planned for this month and we will keep you up to date as more details are available but tomorrow 11th Dec NWAS are again out on strike, below is a list of picket lines, these will be maned from 7am-7pm so if you are close on your way to work or your way home drive past and give them a beep or go and see them or join them support
